Luigi Olmo

Luigi Olmo has been a partner of the firm since January 2012. He has embarked on his professional career since 2006 and is a member of the Official Statutory Auditor Association since 2008. His areas of specialization include corporate reorganizations, company assessments and extraordinary finance operations, planning of personal assets and trusts. He acts as a technical consultant in civil and tax proceedings and has assignments as trust protector.
For over ten years he has held positions in Boards of Directors and Board of Statutory Auditors of companies operating in the industrial, services and banking sector. He also gained significant experience on issues relating to companies operating in the energy sector. He is author of publications on corporate and tax matters.
He graduated with honors in Economics and Business Legislation from the Catholic University of the Sacred Heart in Milan and in Business Economics from the Bocconi University in Milan.
He is a member of the Certified Public Accountants and Accounting Experts Association of Cremona and of the Official Statutory Auditor Association.
