Studio Olmo is a professional boutique founded in 1939 to provide specialized consultancy by assisting Customers in decision-making processes.

We are Chartered Accountants who share a passion for the work we do and common values. Our goal is to provide a high-quality consultancy and assistance service, aimed towards proposing solutions and leading growth, respecting people, standards and a sustainable development. Continuous research and technical insight, combined with experience and innovation, are vital for our business.

We are valued by the banking and entrepreneurial system we work with and we can count on the support and synergy of collaborations, cultivated with some of the main studies, consultancy firms, auditors and banks at Italian and International level. These collaborations, for the operations that require them, are always previously assessed and decided with the Customer, in order to optimize the results expected from our consultancy.


History

Our story begins in 1939, when Luigi Olmo decides to pursue his career as a professional by founding the firm and enrolling in the Professional Association of Accountants, of which he will later become President. The business grew rapidly, affirming the firm as a professional boutique that assists important families and industrial companies.

In 1977 Giorgio Olmo, Luigi's eldest son, qualified for the profession and entered into the firm, contributing to its further growth and, subsequently, holding presidency positions on the boards of directors of important banking companies, associations and the Chartered Accountants Association of Crema.

Subsequently the firm was set up as an extended family, united by professionalism and competence: in 1984 the collaboration with Tiziana Gatti began, a professor in economics and business and a professional with proven experience in civil and fiscal matters.

In 2005 the doors of the firm opened the way to the third generation: Luigi Olmo, Giorgio's eldest son, graduated from the Bocconi University of Milan and started his professional practice. In 2007 he graduated with honors and in 2008, at the age of 25, he qualified for the profession by enrolling in the Chartered Accountants Association and in the Official Statutory Auditors Register.

In 2012 the professional association was established and in the same year we opened an office in Milan. In the following years the number of collaborators increased, together with that of our customers, starting a process of deep reorganization of the firm. To further structure our network and expand the Club Deal operations that we offer to our customers, we have been Executive Members of the Italian Family Office Association (AIFO) since 2017.

In 2019 we celebrated 80 years of history: we look ahead, with the strength of our values and the results we achieved. Increasingly proud of our vision based on a type of consultancy which combines solid experience with continuous research, with the proposal of innovative structures and solutions. Which are often inspired and sometimes become benchmarks in the world of professional consulting.

Today we are a team of 10 people, with 2 new professionals who work alongside the 3 partners, following a path of growth and aggregation that goes together that of our customers.
